For the Taste East Devon Festival, chef-owner Luke is taking on the challenge of a 5 mile menu. Kitchen garden veggies, eggs from their chooks and only using their incredible (very) local suppliers Haye Farm, Lyme Bay Fish Shack and Trill Farm.
