With far reaching views over the rolling hills of the Coly Valley, and a short drive from the Jurassic coast, Glebe is a unique foodie retreat in the beautiful English countryside.
Expect a hands-on masterclass covering basic bread making and learn how they make their daily porridge bread. The course will cover basic sourdough techniques such as looking after your starter, shaping and baking. Attendees will leave the morning with their own loaf of our porridge sourdough bread and the skills to recreate that loaf at home. The course will conclude with a farmhouse lunch in the gorgeous Glebe kitchen.
