High Grange Devon are a rural retreat with fine dining over fire. They have an incredible outdoor kitchen and dining venue with events run by Luke Mackay - a chef with over 20 years experience, his wife Sara and their lovely team. They offer communal dining at their signature Feast nights around a beautiful oak dining table that seats around 24 guests.
12pm: arrival and welcome drink
12.15: ‘The perfect steak’: Demo and tasting
Luke Vandore-Mackay Owner of High Grange Devon and former head chef at Borough Market, will show you how to source, butcher and cook the perfect steak. He will talk about and use the best beef in the world (in his opinion!) - ex-dairy beef from Oli at ‘Meat Matters’. You will learn what ex-dairy beef is, how to cook different cuts using different techniques over wood and charcoal and learn about some delicious sides and sauces to go with it.
1.30pm - Lunch:
Lunch will be served at our beautiful woodland table and cooked on our various barbecues and fire pits.
