This is our signature bespoke barbecue cooking school day which covers the full gamut of outdoor cooking. We’ll cover a huge variety of outdoor fire cooking, British barbecue techniques and butchery with Luke, a chef and tutor of over 25 years.
You’ll cook and eat the best local meat, fish and veg from our East Devon Larder. For the Taste East Devon Festival, chef-owner Luke is taking on the challenge of supplies within 5 miles . Kitchen garden veggies, eggs from their chooks and only using their incredible (very) local suppliers Haye Farm, Lyme Bay Fish Shack and Trill Farm.
High Grange is proud of the hyper-local drinks that will be recommended to compliment your day - Dalwood Vineyard, Gilt & Flint and Axminster Cider are all within 5 miles too!
